Although based in Poole, our clientele is spread throughout London and the South. We are happy to travel to meet clients at a time and place convenient to themselves – in the comfort of their own home, at work or at our Lymington offices. We always offer a professional approach but with a personal touch.

Nigel started his career in 1970 as one of the founders of Bejam Freezer Food Centres (now Iceland) in the South. On leaving to pursue other ventures, finance being one of his strengths, he joined Albany Life as a broker/advisor. He then recognised the advantages of the flexible mortgage in the mid 1990's and was soon advising on what was to later become more familiarly known as offset and current account mortgages. In 1999, he was co-founder of the Financial Explorer in New Milton who were IFAs and specialist mortgage brokers. In 2005, he then set up NJL Financial Consultancy specifically to concentrate on the mortgage and protection market, and has now developed the company to include the more specialist corporate area of commercial mortgages and business protection.
